You know, you should get a 2nd set of cuffs attached to his ankles and run a chain in between the two. The Joker is certainly the kind of guy who would choke you to death with his hand cuffs :lecture

I wa thinking that too. I just haven't ever seen any leg shackles before, but I totally agree that he needs them. Just wish their was a 1:6 straight jacket to put him in. I'm sure Medicom's Hannibal will be too small for anything other than a Medi body :(

Very nice! I love the Joker cards in his pocket. Might have to steal that. :D

And I can't wait to see the straight jacket! If it turns out as well as the cuff and chains, you're going to have an awesome Arkham Joker :rock

Some awesome progression BM and Jose, I don't think the colors would run on the Jumpsuits :), at least i hope hehe, I can't wait to see the full figures done.

Chris

great stuff guys...........i laugh sometimes at all of you guy's overlapping thoughts to what could make a figure better...............as they say great minds think alike. :D definitely put the joker in full wrist-to-ankle chains..........that would only make sense...:lol

Who would have thought the Art S. Buck figures are slightly thinner than the standard Sideshow body? No alterations to the outfit or the body!

Now that I got a body to work with, I should have this done fairly quickly once I get some free time :rock

Wow it has been a while! Completely went a different direction with Nurse Joker. Ended up with that ebay outfit and BR head.

But here is a tease of something to come real soon...

OK. The barber finally arrived today. I haven't done anything to Medicom's Sweeney Todd (I'm not skilled enough) but I did make him a client. He just felt incomplete without one.

A very simple thing to make, but very important I think. I've always found this to be a flaw of slasher figures - no victims to go with them.

I had a Sideshow buck body with a broken off wrist peg lying around, so I thought this would be a good use of it. The broken wrist is hidden under the sheet. And I of course had some extra TT heads from TT bodies that were just lying around, so I added some shaving cream and slit the throat. Painted it up and sprayed the sheet with fake blood (left over from Halloween. I love the stuff. It looks identical to the blood Sideshow uses on the Dead figures so it fits in perfectly). Then I just threw on the bare bones of clothes - a white shirt and pants with shoes and socks.

I wish there was a real barber chair for this, but a simple folding chair will do since the victim conceals most of it.

Again, not the most amazing customs ever made, but I'm happy with it. It serves its purpose at least.

Very creative. Adding in victims adds so much. Are you getting the depp head repainted?

No, I probably won't. I'm actually quite happy with how it is. I'm surprised because paint is Medicom's weakest spot IMO. But he turned out surprisingly well. My first Medicom figure... that I will be keeping.

And thanks for the comments guys :bow

that looks awesome, i just have one comment:

paint the eyes to look like their rolled back...it would give it a more "dead" effect.

besides that, it looks really cool. good job

I thought about that, but I am honestly terrible at painting. And eyes are without a doubt the hardest thing to paint. I may give it a try though. Its not like there is a shortage of this head going around :lol
