My complete collection is basically of plastic. Every statue i own is of Polystone and Polystone IS Plastik (Resin) with stonepowder.
The Stonepowder makes the statue heavy and the cost are much much less as if the used Resin only. Resin is the expensive part in Polystone. The Stonepowder just lowers costs and makes the "worthy"-feel which is actually quite the opposite....
If they did R2 in Polystone you had NO articulated Legs and parts.
Is weight so important for the collector nowadays? Think twice before answering
Oh Jesus....No....not this again...
Well, this is the dead horse that pops up quite often, and people like to beat it.

That topic is a dead horse, but why bring masturbation into this?
Exactly what I had to do to get my 3PO lights working too.
Thanks, Ryan!
You have a dirty mind!
Hear hear !! Even Mandible is getting weak already
No worries DC.
Cleaning will commence in 3..., 2..., 1...
Well, if they are worth the price tag or not is a relative question. It's also an ever ongoing discussion how much the weight and material matters when it comes to statues.
I agree that they are light, and that does affect your view on them somewhat. Still, they look fantastic. The paint job is exquisite.
I have tried facing the batteries both ways. Still, they don't seem to work. But can you tell me what way is the correct one? Just so I don't have to try again and again, once I get the new batteries.
