I bet they saw the writing on the wall. These were likely a QC nightmare. Light up feature, small pistons that break, u name it. My guess it they broke even and got out while the getting was good. Glad I got a set. Wonder how many regs are out there. As for the number, I bet they "planned" to make them for a while but they said hell with it.

Not to surprised this sold. Some people even with the exclusive doubled dipped and got the weather one too.

Honestly with EX ES of 200 and a (possible) 1000 reg ES. These are the most iconic characters in the star wars universe!

Yeah I think they thought they are going to sell them way faster then they did.. on top a lot of complains and QC problems = stop making them...

or.. they are coming back in a few months... we shall see

They have a lot going with the new DC license and people are prioritizing. It only seems logical to hold off on the no ES items until you get straightened out. Never know. They could pop up again.

I don't know about the ST but Hulk has never left the their page. Can't find the Droids when you type in the name.

Of course I could see them getting a re release when the new films come out.

Really? Don't remember that. I remember the low Q alerts but that is all.

Either way it will be interesting to see what happens with the value of the Droids if they are done making them.
