i hope so........just started collecting prop replicas from films and TV shows there's some
great replicas coming from the game of thrones..... but my money will only go so far

Hey guys, just got the shipping notice from my local dealer. He always checks my stuff before shipping for defects and included this pic. I think I saw some pics about this before, but I'm not shure if it's a bad thing (the tubes are not attached at both sides). Can someone reashure me that it's nothing to worry about?

Damn. That is a good deal. I don't know why but I kinda feel like the elite having picked these two up since they aren't around anymore on the site. Anyone know when they got released? I can't remember how long they were up for PO before they gave em the axe.

Thanks... Yeah they really are great. They just capture ANH so well. In the future these will be hard to come by for sure.

The guy I bought them from had them on eBay for $699 shipped. Saw he was local, emailed him offered to pick them up and save him on eBay/Paypal and shipping fees through the power of cash a deal was born . By the way he still has 1 more set left on eBay .

I'm not one to be too into the secondary market value of items, but I just noticed on eBay what the exclusive of this set is selling for these days and my eyeballs nearly popped out from my head. Wowza!

Makes sense I guess. Awesome sculpts and execution. Iconic characters. Super limited. Perfect storm.

Finally found the droids I was looking for! These guys are freaking awesome! Words can't describe how happy I am with these guys
Here two pictures off my set:

Running out of space, so had to move some of my dragon statues seen in the background (my collectables befote I had the money to buy the 1:6 SS figures).

Together with (what I remember) my first Star Wars related toys as a kid (Lego 7106).

I get now what everyone was complaining about concerning R2 being so light. But I don't know what the problem is. The middle leg has to go somewhere...

So in short. These guys are a must have! I don't regret canceling these guys a few months ago because of needing some money because I wanted to take a vacation with my then girlfriend (now my ex).

Do you guys know if any of the panels on R2 can open? I thought I saw it somewhere, but don't want to damage R2 if they aren't suppose to open.

The panel on the left opens and their is a retractable arm and the blue panels on R2's "chest" open as well. SSC put instructions in the box to show.
