Credit cards could decline, people could change their minds last minute, they might end up with some in their stock for some unknown reason... I actually don't want mine to convert now, would rather take a 15% off or free shipping on the regular, but that will probably be another few months wait... either way, conversion or not, I'd say it's a win-win
