Is this a pre-super soldier serum Cap? Looks on the skinny side.

The wings are TOTALLY classic, but the helmet makes MORE SENSE given the WWII time frame, but a winged head COH.... Well you know my opinion on that...lol.

Boots go with the gloves though.
This is Cap still very much a soldier, not yet the "hero" in his classic threads.
His boots are similar to Punishers with the buckles on top.
I really like everything about this new cap, but I don't know if I should get it.
I've already got the original Pf and I have to really like a character for me to have 2 statues of them.
Well, there are a lot of factors that you could consider. Money, Space, Love for the character, the kind of collection you want to achieve. One character each or numerous? Most of those decisions should be totally up to you.
Me, I am one character only and am limiting my collection to pretty much my top 10. Just made a list and now I stick to it. Just need to find great representations of each character.

I think that's the attitude that keeps people in the game for the long haul. You can go crazy or crash and burn trying to be a completest or get everything you think looks cool. I have simple rules I try to abide by. I have to like the character, I try to limit each character to 1 per scale ( I collect pieces from BD and Koto as well as SSC), and I have to like the way a piece looks. The last one is the hardest. I passed on the original Cap PF. I want one desperately. If I had no patience and an itchy trigger finger, I would have bought this PF even though, deep down, I know it's not the Cap PF that I want. Spider-man fans are going through the same thing now. If they don't own the 1st Com or PF, do they buy the new Com? Are they settling because of money issues or are they really digging the piece because they think it looks good and will make for a fine representation of the character in their collection?
We all face these types of issues (and more) as collectors. Only each one of us can answer these types of questions as they relate to our collecting habits. The most important thing is to be focused and honest with ourselves. I think that's what still makes collecting fun for me.
