Yes. It's just a matter of time. Don't forget that they revisited Punisher and we have another White Queen PF on the way. It won't happen as quickly as peeps may like but there is way too much money on the table for SSC not to revisit Marvel's big guns and some of their more popular characters. They'll get made for the most simplest of reasons....they'll sell.

There are still other characters that haven't gotten the PF treatment, such as Magneto, Loki, Dare Devil and more and I think they would be easily sell.

We now have a new Hulk and Cap PF... They are classic designs and are very story specific, but they are out there now, and they were both show less then 3 weeks apart. A Modern Thor design was intensionally shown in a production Vid, same with a Doom teaser, and a New 1/5 Spierman Com just came to SDCC as well. It looks like Marvel is pushing back bigtime against DC.

You'll get no argument from me. The Com and the new PF look better. However, the first Red Skull and Cap looked great by most peeps standards yet received a revisit anyway. SSC is not done with revisits. Not by a long shot. So long as peeps are willing to buy them, I'm sure SSC is willing to make them. Money talks!

I can't say it's a push back to answer DC. I can say that it makes financial sense for SSC. EVERY company revisits characters. The reason they do so is because peeps will buy them. It's just smart business. This is not Marvel vs DC so much as it is SSC vs its competitors. SSC actually submits a list of characters they wish to release. At least that's how it works for most companies that acquire a license to produce statues.

SSC actually admitted to already starting a DD PF (years ago) that they scrapped. They just weren't happy with him. You will see all of the characters you listed above. It will just take time.

Steve Rogers is Captain America regardless of which Cap costume he is wearing. For example, Bucky Cap is not a revisit because he is another character entirely. However, just look at the first Cap PF EX. You can display him in his modern or WWII costume. It doesn't matter which one you choose, Steve Rogers is Cap. Anytime the same character is released twice or more, it's a revisit.

I understand that most peeps (this includes me) will probably want to see a new classic Cap PF. I'm more than sure that SSC is aware of the demand for such a statue and will get around to making one sooner or later.

This Cap in particular kinda bugs me. I just think that this is a mix of WWII & ultimate Cap. It just feels like it's not totally one or the other. That's the main reason I'm passing on him. This is an incredible sculpt with amazing details on it. It's a phenomenal looking piece. It's just not the Cap I want in my collection. I will wait until they revisit him again and see if that piece is more in line with the classic Cap costume I'm looking for.
