Grant it that his thin physique didn't help the suit fill out much.

The suit is obviously going to get tweaked a bit we know that but base suit design I like what it was in The Avengers. The change I'd make is go with a more similar design to the helm in TFA.

This might sound like heresy but out of all the established characters I'd be okay replacing this guy with someone a little more brutal looking. He was great for an origin story where you got to see his transformation. When Avengers came out I sorta felt he was the weakest link (not all of it his fault naturally). Every now and again he gets this puppy dog look which gets kind of annoying because it's pure posturing on the actor's part. It's gotta be natural and immediate.
Out of respect, I'm not gonna flip if he stays on through phase 3. I'm just not going to flip if he walks away. Hopefully he kicks enough *** in WS to slap me out of this!

It is a very clean carpet, I wonder if it smells as fresh as it looks.
