Re: Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier

The first one was great so by your retarded logic the sequel will be as awesome.

awe someones upset :monkey2 dude if you thought the first one was "great" I can't imagine what your taste for movies is like. Take care creep.

Re: Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier

As someone apparently from Detroit, your opinion of what is "terrible" is really skewed.

Re: Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier

LOL at the Nightman reference. Like Biojex, it reminded me a bit of "the Darkness," which I've never read a comic about.

Re: Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier

Riddick. . .I can't really get a gauge for what you are into. You crap on almost everything, but like cheesy Vin Diesel movies :lol It's all good though. I liked the first Cap movie. Thought it could have been better, but if it seems sub-par it's only because comic movie fans have been spoiled out of their minds with great comic movies over the last few years. If that came out in the mid-1990s comic geeks wouldn't have believed something so awesome existed.

Re: Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier

The biggest problem with 'First Avenger' is that half of the movie is spent creating the character, and half of the movie is spent "freezing" the character. There really needed a good additional chunk of time spent showing him BE the character. That montage just didn't cut it for me. An extra 10 - 20 minutes of action scenes could have gone a long way for that movie.

Re: Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier

Arguing with you would be a big fat waist of my time.

He looks pretty cool. I really liked the first film and am eager to see how they play the winter soldier story line.

Re: Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier

:lol

I love TFA and hope that TWS gonna be on the same level of storytelling / entertainment.

Re: Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier

TFA is a great cool movie :dunno

Kinda agree with this, i'd have preferred the first and second film take place in WWII and then freeze him at the end of the second.

Re: Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier

I think TFA was handled very well. The had to cram an origin, a war and and an end cap into feature length film. With a character with so much story to tell it had to be squished somewhere.

Re: Captain America 2: The Winter Soldier

I think TFA was as good as it could be fitting everything into one movie. Two movies would've been cooler, but I don't think general audiences would've accepted 2 WWII Cap films. Get his origin out of the way, and get him on ice, that's the best way it could've be handled.

Also, Winter Soldier looks cool, does he have the bionic arm? Seems like he has a glove on one hand.

Based on previously posted concept art, yes he should have the bionic arm. He's just wearing a leather jacket that covers it in those shots.
