If the scale maille suit is going to make an appearance, I really don't think they would keep it this much under wraps as if it's some big secret. If in any trailer you don't see at least even one scene of him wearing it, I'd be more inclined to say it's not going to be in it. I'm basing this on TWS trailers. Both the SS and GA suits were no surprise as you saw scenes from the film in the trailers of him in both suits.

Don't get me wrong though, I hope that it does make an appearance because if it was ever due to make an appearance, this seems like the film that would be it.

Yep, they're real.

Wanda, Pietro, and Vision weren't in this shot of the Age of Ultron trailer but were there in the actual film. So yeah, Scott wan't in that specific trailer .

It's not uncommon for trailers to not contain lots of things that make the scene in the final cut. Especially cg stuff. Or things that are new looks/costumes. Especially for large tent pole films.

I'm glad they are promoting Wanda more, I just hate that it's at the expense of Sharon.
I even saw one of the promo pics that originally had Sharon in it replaced with Wanda.

I'm hoping both ladies have beefy roles in the film but I'm preparing myself to be disappointed.

I said it before but Wanda probably held that role from the start. Even if you read all the interviews they gave today, Sharon only got mentioned very briefly as a potential love interest while Wanda and all the other characters on Team Cap got whole write-ups done on them.
