Why is Agent 13 listed as Team Iron Man? Either it's a typo, or she's clearly the double agent. If it was a part of the plot I doubt they would have her face plastered all over Team Cap merchandise and promo material

No? In fact there's at least one spoilery bit someone caught in a freeze frame bonus that likely happens very late in the movie.

I have a hard time imagining all that stuff, including the big airport fight, only happens in the first act of the movie.

It's been said the big airport fight is the first real fight of the two teams. You are right about that one frame though.

I think she works with the Government (so technically team Iron Man) and is a double agent helping Cap out. We've already seen her sliding over documents to Cap when he's in disguise at a bar. I don't think it's going to be a big plot twist since they are already promoting her so heavily as Team Cap.

Emily is probably a scheduling thing, the same reason Scarlett, Jeremy and Elizabeth aren't taking part.

Who exactly has said this, though? I really cannot imagine something like that being early in the movie.

I'd imagine this will have a similar pacing to "Winter Soldier" which had a big battle at the end of the second act (the causeway fight) and in this case the big airport battle between everyone, and then the final act will be Tony vs. Cap and Bucky at the Himalayan Hydra base.

It shows Black Widow and Agent 13 fighting together, maybe that's what Emily meant when she had a fight scene with Scarlett. (fighting together, not eachother) I hate that they haven't shown her in her other outfit yet (the one from all the promo and some merch) I really hope she does wear it in the film and she has another fight scene other than this one. We've also yet to see her with her weapon either.
