He probably would have required a ton of cgi and effects so they probably just left him out.

All I know is that whichever team he chooses would be the winning team, I don't think he'll get involved he's too overpowered imo

The Mk46 new faceplate doesn't look as awkward on screen, might have to rethink my position on not buying this fig.

It's different than what was in the promo stuff. It could be temporary CGI for the sake of the trailer (the lighting and comp does look little ropey in that scene) and they quickly used the 42/43 helmet or they changed the design after the promo stuff was signed off.
