Okay they really jumped the shark with the fembots. I love the idea of that trailer and it did have a neat vibe but I think they could have done it all with actual TWS footage instead of all the gratuitous RoboCop sequences. The laundry machine porno interlude was freaking hilarious.

Not sure if it's old news but Frank Grillo (Crossbones) has confirmed that he has a multi-picture deal with Marvel so we should see him popping up in Civil War and possibly Black Panther and other films.

Indeed. It's funny that even the 3rd and 4th tier villains in TWS like Rumlow and Batroc are more interesting and cooler than the primary villains of many other superhero flicks (Malekith, Ronan, Electro, etc.)

Crossbones was more interesting than Zod.

I though Shannon was well cast as Zod, and did a good job with what he had. Sort of like McGregor and Neeson were able to pull out good performances in the Star Wars prequels, despite the stories and dialogue being garbage.

But yeah, character was not very interesting.
