I thought he was good as "Hydra Thug," but not sure I can see him pulling off a very interesting Crossbones. In the comics, that guy is the ultimate bad-ass. He's like Stone Cold Steve Austin as a comic bad guy. But we'll see!

Yeah, I have hard time imagining him pulling off great Crossbones.

I don't know much about Crossbones in the comics. I stopped reading in the early 90's and only know him by name and imagery.

With no ties to the book version I'll be happy as long as he's badass and has a good design, but here's hoping that he does the source material justice!

Yeah I bet Evans was pissed about , to me, extremely badly written role in AoU- just cookie-cutter same old same old. TWS was so much better for him ..
