Beginning a post with "ah shut up" may be a sign that's it's time for you to get some of your prescriptions refilled...why don't you take care of that right quick while I re-read some X-Men back issues :)

The initial salutations part of the original poster aside, Storm kind of was the face of female Marvel for quite a while. There were other females (Wasp, Sue, Jean, Wanda even had her own book with Vision) but Storm seemed to be the go to as X-Men was Marvel's key book in the 80's and beyond. They even loved Storm so much that they decided to make her leader of the X-Men even after she lost her powers and became a mo-hawk wearing leather clad badass.

I would agree that Storm was definitely Marvel's most prominent female character. With that said, however, even as their most prominent female character she was nowhere near as prominent within Marvel as Wonder Woman was within DC. Wonder Woman was a big three character for DC, gender aside...Storm was far from within the all time top 3 Marvel characters.

Mmmmm. I think Jean and even MJ had more exposure as a MCU gal than Storm.

Guess it depends on the time frame.

But you thankfully are rising above such behavior.

I am not here to talk about Briellion Larson. I am just here to point out that certain people got silenced. No I would not gloat about this movie called Captain Marvel making a Billion in a month. I might mention the Billion dollars a few times but not in a gloating manner. Trust me.

That is a good point...Wasp even had a pretty good run there for awhile when she was leader of The Avengers and had a far more prominent role in the original Secret Wars than Storm did even though Storm was included too...maybe even She-Hulk in the early nineties too come to think of it. I may be bumping Storm to the second tier.

Lol says the guy who insulted me over a movie. Your hilarious. Maybe you should follow some fellow members earlier advice and go for a run in the sun and get out the house. Instead of crying about the relevance of captain marvel

Nobody said she was. I’m saying she was marvel’s Wonder Woman not as popular as Wonder Woman. Did you read the post. Storm was the front Woman for everything marvel

I insulted you? Wow. I don't even remember...sorry dude I'm sure I didn't mean whatever I said that hurt you. Can we move on? You should try to begin to heal.

Lol I’m cool. I can be an ******* to tho. And if you wanna play amnesia I can dig up the post if you’d like. So why don’t we move on like you say before the thread gets more annoying than it already is

Oh no, I believe you...I'm just not sure I care enough to re-read some old posts if you do find them :)

To the two people who resurrected this thread only to start an argument with “ white male conservatives” . Even tho there probably none here lol

I am... Pretty sure Khev is also.. Sorry if I outed you Khev :lol

O well then they are after you. You better leave before they say how you wished for the failure of captain marvel even tho I’m sure you have a life to live lol.

I'm a while male centrist, which these days pretty much qualifies as conservative!

I thought CM was entertaining but ultimately forgettable, and have no feelings either way towards the actors.

Guys... Guys... All of this over Captain Marvel? :lol

Ha ha ha...truth be told I thought Captain Marvel was only half way decent at best...that other guy is nursing some old grudge over...something. I wish I could always remember the screen name of everyone that I have ever had a testy exchange with here but sometimes life gets in the way.

Not sure if I'm one of the "two people" dodo but I don't know the ethnicity or political affiliation of anyone on this site...don't much care either...and definitely have not mentioned either factor because they have nothing to do with this movie as far as I am concerned.
