Again, were did her ****s go!

A bit of a shame really.

.

Ummm, it's not rocket science. On Kimmel she's braless, in Kong that's probably a padded bra.

Breasts are mostly fatty tissue. So when most women get into physical exercise, specifically heavy weight training for developing muscle mass, their breasts considerably change from fatty tissue to muscle making them leaner, smaller, less pronounced, and oddly shaped.... Why pretty much EVERY female bodybuilder gets breast implants. So they can still look feminine.

So, I guess Brie's intense workout had at least one casualty and down side. Her nice ****ies... :(

She seems to be Braless here, and it's not even close.

plus there's a few not safe for this site pictures out there.

If you'd used this picture the first time, I would have had a difference response! :lol Still, that dress is more form fitting and cut to enhance her cleavage, whereas she had a loose fitting top on for Kimmel, so the difference may not be as pronounced as it appears.

She also could have just been on the pill when she had her "nice" ones...

Lol....at least the explanations were well thought out ....and made sense.

Most of the time the folks in the boycott camp do not make a whole lot of sense.

While I disagree with the overall reaction ( mostly because I see it as an overreaction) , I can at least see where they are coming from.

Its the hypocrisy thing that bothers me most. Be outraged about all forms of racism, criminal behavior and abuse, past present and future....not just current issues cause they affect a group you care about.

I personally think the reaction (I say this cause I feel this way at times) comes from something like this because its what seems to be the political cool thing to do at this time. Hate on the white privileged male. And the comments by Brie on either white male film critics or guys at the gym are comments about people who have done nothing wrong other then being white and / or male...

The other issues you mention cause plenty or justified outrage. Most everyone agrees that when there is racism, criminal behavior, and abuse it is wrong.. It kinda goes without saying. Granted it was not always like this but in modern normal society, it is.... Society looks down on it and rightfully so. The Media will cover the bad behavior. However many not only don't have an issue with Brie but agree with her... Its cool / Ok to feel that way and there is no real media backlash.. In fact the media will end up covering for it.. If Captain Marvel ends up being huge it will be a "win against the patriarchy" and if it fails its because of the "angry white trolls who want to keep the Patriarchy" . Other then the comments on this board and others like it and peeps on youtube, you have not heard an major media outlet condemning her comments regarding the critics (again not something I really have an issue with) and the comment she made about some guy who basically complemented her strength at the gym...

Its not a big issue but depending on where you stand politically it gets a bit tiring being preached at by the truly privileged Hollywood elite.

Maybe that is not how others feel and I don't always put things as eloquently as Khev and others here but I think that is the underline feeling that people get when comments like these are made.

Are they the worst comments ever made? Nope. Are they as bad as the bad behaviors as you made above? Nope. But man I cant imagine a man saying similar comments about woman. It probably would be the end of their career. It would defiantly be consider bad / poor / ******* behavior by the majority and would be front page news on the internet.

Yep... You can see how much weight she lost in her face when you compare that shot from Kimmel and the shot from Kong.

Don’t understand how it’s white males fault . I’ve seen plenty of non White men including myself just not liking the movie. It looks as boring as Thor.

And the SJW's keep getting sillier and sillier by the moment. they don't realize this is the kind of BS that turns people off. They are actually hurting the film.

https://twitchy.com/brettt-3136/201...-one-out-and-let-women-review-captain-marvel/

Why is it the SJW always want the sweet jobs to have equal representation.. Or in this case unequal :lol

Bricklayers are 99.5% Men... Why are the SJW's not clamoring for equal representation with those jobs :lol

Seriously though... The article above.. Just dumb.

Similar comments were made when Black Panther came out.. White people should stay home on opening weekend and let the black people have their movie.. Seriously its like the SJW want segregation. :lol

Remember The Three Laws of SJWs.
1.SJWs always lie.
2.SJWs always double down.
3.SJWs always project.

I get the comments about female critics and movies like this.. Some films are geared towards a certain audience like Brie was stating.. The Oprah film was not made for 40 year old male critics.

Having said that should men just review male focused action films?
Blacks people only Black movies?
Woman only woman centered films and romances?

That seems like a major step backwards

Also, are there as may woman or people of color who are out there trying to become professional critics as there are white makes.. I know that males of a certain age in general make up the majority of the viewing public. So would it not stand to reason that they might gravitate more towards this type of job?

I don't know and really deep down.... I don't care who has the job :lol

I tend to seek out reviewers who I have agreed with in the past... If its a woman.. No problem :)

Brie Larson said that she has a problem with 67% of "top critics" being white males when white males make up only 30% of the country. Okay Brie well black males make up 6% of the country so why don't you pitch that as the target percentage for them in the NFL and NBA and see how much traction you get, lol.

Oh and ditch diggers are 95% male so why don't you use your activism to bring in more ladies to that field too while you're at it. :duh

Brie was just using the Oprah film as a straw man. The film just wasn't good. It was not only 40-year-old white male critics who panned it. The end game of the SJW is to have us all divided, at each other, under heel, and obedient. They are anti-freedom.

I get what your saying, but whats the time limit on the outrage then?

I mean, we SAY we are just as outraged by what Arnold was said to have done, or what Gunn was doing, or what any male star in the past has done....but are we just to fickle minded as to forget whats been said or done cause it was in the past? Or are we guilty of cutting our favorite slack? And thereby making our least favorite a greater target because we didn’t like them to begin with, for whatever reason??

This is my biggest issue. People say its about racism or sexism, and that current people espousing that view should be called out on it? Boycott someones film (again of which in this case she is only part of a huge ensemble) not buy the figure because of it also? But are those same people sitting around with little Arnold dollies on their shelves, rewatching his films and saying “ah thats not true, Or It was a long time ago so who cares?”

John Wayne was about as racist and homophobic as you get, but we give him a pass now? Why? Cause it was a different time? Then what about Mel Gibson? Ready to Boycott Mad Max?

Should the media be more aggressive with BL on her comments? I guess they could, but like past times, sometimes a certain group has to be the fall guy. Currently it seems to be white men and immigrants.

Its again hypocritical outrage at best from many people.

Sent from the inside of a giant slug in outer space.....

I think what it boils down to is both sides, right and left, accuse eachother of exactly the same things - racism, sexism, hypocrisy - and this forum is but a microcosm of what's going on in the world at large. It's a confusing and frustrating situation with not enough compromise going on where division might be healed because we all piss eachother off too much and all want to get the last punishing word in.

Social media has not been worth it IMO. It has a lot to answer for.

More people should be like me. I have zero interest in actors’ personal lives or political views, I only care that they get the job done on-screen.

They’re perfectly entitled to use their profile as a platform, and I’m perfectly entitled to ignore them. In the years and decades to come, no-one will remember or care what they said anyway.

That said, CM is all about girl power... and I’m OK with that. But Jackson and Mendelsohn almost steal the show.

;)

We would only be "hypocritical" if we criticized Brie for being racist and sexist while we too were also being racist and sexist. It's not like any of the comparisons that you've made are apples to apples anyway. I don't recall Entertainment Weekly running a cover the week before "Saving Private Ryan" hit theaters of Michael Sizemore looking all smug with the caption "Sgt. Horvath Punches Nazis...and Heidi Fleiss," lol.

I know! Both sides love to highlight what the other side said for instance and then say "this is so telling." *groan* Just stop. It could be a freaking drinking game at this point, lol.

I'm not trying to get the last word against friends like xipotec or rushmore who are just looking forward to watching Brie Larson fly around blasting aliens to 90's music. I hope they have a great time, especially with their families. It's just hard not to laugh and join in with the group when the SJW lunacy reaches a fever pitch, lol.
