I don't mind drawing something up but I don't have the right tools to design the whole T-Shirt. If someone is good with that kinda thing I'd be happy to team up with them and come up with something.

I don't think so, but you could call the ones you're interested in to ask what's the earliest they will allow you to book. As with airlines, the cutoff is typically one year in advance. I was surprised we got to book hotels today. But then I figured its a Disney thing. They must surely have a ton of influence in the area.
