Would arms crossed, while standing be cheesy? That was kind of an iconic Reeves look.

Personally I would have loved a pose like this. Sometimes simpler is better (especially with a Reeve Superman) But I can understand why SSC would not do it. The S is covered and I think doing folded arms on a PF would be impossible (and might look weird also). Congrats again to those who are happy with it

No problem. Then it is settled SSC should have gone with this pose

I really think it would have been too difficult to pull off folded arms with a PF. You would have had to given the arms space to get the material around and it would have looked strange.

If they could have pulled that off though, I would have bought it in a second.

The sculpt does look better in these photos, there's still something that just looks "off."

Yeah that's what I have been saying. Would have been killer if they could have pulled it off.

If both arms were removable, it could work.

They could made it without the fabric costume and that would be better. At least there will be no armpit issues!

Yep--gonna order it! It's not perfect but it's a Christopher Reeve PF and I need it in my collection. I may be an old man by the time they get around to doing another one. Gotta go EX so I can display the crystal with my DC Superman PF. Now I just have to figure out where I'm going to display a 30" PF.

I may actually order this. I didn't order the Keaton Batman PF just because I don't know it never popped for me but this is really getting my attention and if it's to donate to his foundation than count me in.

it turned out great for me. i'll be POing this pf. The pose is not that great, expected something more film accurate. But its a Reeve PF! That's all that matters to me. I don't want to miss the chance to own this. Congrats to those buying.. and to those who won't, i'm sure there will be another/better PF of this guy but that would be a long wait.
