I'll go on the record and tell you that we won't make up fake numbers and I won't put sold out on my product unless it's sold out.
We base our entire model on 300 units, half at wholesale and half at retail. If we can hit that number or get close, it's a win.
With Cain it took us a while but we hit 300 units and that first run is sold out. We had enough orders to justify doing another run of 200 pieces. When we originally ordered cain I had to pay for 500 injected part sets. So I actually get to back that out of the next 200. We'll sell out of Cain as I think there are only 80 or so left from the second run.
ED-209 was a little different, we sold out of the wholesale but the US sales were a little flat. There is a lot of ED-209 on the market and frankly I think people are happy with a toy version as long as it's cheap. I had to run 500 part sets on ED as well, but we'll abandon those due to the sluggish sales. I lowered the ES to 300 units and I think we have 80 left. Good news is that every one that sells I can put right back into new product.
Anubis is a big piece and we thought it would have a limited audience, The international is sold out and I think we have around two dozen left. It's a winner and we plan on releasing Horus as soon as we get Anubis shipped.
The Terminator products are tracking well, the Skull and 1/4 are exceeding our expectations and Arnold which was just released is picking up steam. As soon as the ES is announced I have no problem believing this one will sell out as well.
So there it is guys, a look into a replica company. Gone are the days of making something and it selling out overnight.
I'm more selective in what we make and we're trying to get new licenses where we own the division. We are the exclusive with Terminator Genisys and JP Franchise.
