I think the endo came to life and attacked James, we need more info!

hey bro. more pics coming soon. suffice to say that today was a really heavy going day.

My renovator took much longer than expected to finish the custom display case for me.

The last few hours were spent cleaning up after him and getting all the other stuff i had in my missus's room out of there.

I haven't even had my dinner yet and its 10.11pm here local time :horror

Its going to be all worth it soon!

Teaser pic. sorry its getting OT Felmar :D

this has been keeping me from assembling the Endo.

The display shelf has been done. Need to rearrange things but this will have to do for now.

Glass shelves would look better there.:huh

I know, but the fear of it breaking under the weight of the PFs is what's holding me back.

Even with wood, i dare not put more than 3 PFs per shelf.

The custom case is built secured to the wall and i'm not sure how much weight it can take (esp after the carpenter told me my walls are semi-hollow :sick)

Hey guys. Bad news. :(

Had a guy from the LCS that came by to help me assemble the endo today.

Short story, the right leg won't align properly and the axle won't fit properly. :banghead

btw felmar, I really have a new found respect for you today. after taking the endo out of the box, i cannot only imagine the work it took to clean it the way you did :clap:clap:clap:clap

Don't despair yet. Stick a large screw driver in to the hole & "fudge" it a bit to align. I had the same thing happen to both of my 1:1 SS Endos. It should fit unless yours is really that messed up. Good luck.

James,
really sorry that the leg isn't aligning with the axle :(
but maybe xstoys is right...did you try wiggling it gently ? Maybe it will still work.
Its a lot of work Sir...that's why I'm not done yet :lol

Felmar that looks awesome! One day I will get a 1:1 endo. And one day I will do the same. I hope you can give me some advice then. tnaig001...that really blows. I hope you can get that fixed. It would be such a headache to have to send that back then wait for another piece.
