As much as I initially wanted this line, I am about to cancel my last remaining preorder, the CC Ex. I'll probably wait for a shipping notice, and if anyone wants to secure one at retail plus shipping, I would be glad to hold onto him and send him along. Just let me know.
Maybe one day I will be rich and be able to pick up everything I want.

Totally flipped on this line, and I'm back in! Glad I kept the CC exclusive on order, because with SE skyrocketing already on ebay, I would not want to be srambling for the commander's staff.
But I cannot believe the CC thread dropped all the way to the second page! He's next out the gate people!

Nope, don't need the exclusive! I've got a regular on order from MD, and I'm happy with that. Cancelled out of SE ex when all those bad pics started showing up. Yes, with all the chicken littles! Was also looking for any place I could trim my collecting habits, because I definately spend too much money on toys/statues and am losing hours at work. At least I still have a job, and I'm thankful every day for that.
But come one, I just could not resist the Joe line, as they were my favorite toys and comics of my childhood. All of the figures look great to me so far, and with the announcement and PPO of SS last week, well, the excitement just lured me back in. And I'm happy about it. Hopefully we see a Joe soon though, because, no matter what, SS is a Cobra operative in that outfit! I'm hoping for a female, as in Scarlett or Lady Jaye! Of course I want the Baroness too, but enough Cobra for the first four figures already!
So, I'm in!

The only official offerings have been Snake Eyes, Cobra Commander, Cobra Trooper and Storm Shadow. The photo where they had the Cobra Commander shown during Toy Fair there was another figure with a red mask and jumper attire which is the Cobra Officer and that is being perceived as the SDCC Exclusive for this year...

That is what I thought. After seeing that promo image, I cancelled my preorder for the regular trooper, figuring we would get a preorder for a SDCC variant officer. Just don't have the funds for two generic trooper figures this year, but will definately pick a regular trooper up later on down the road.
