Give the jacket to Punisher.

I honestly never thought that fit his style, hence why my custom doesn't have it. It was added for cool factor, but as you stated with Stormshadow, it's just not practical.

That's what belt pouches and slings are for. I put a double-stack triple mag pouch on the back of his belt so he can tote 6 M16 mags and slung an M4 w/203 on his back. Add that to the street sweeper slung over his left shoulder, Colt drop-holstered on his right thigh, pistol triple-mag pouch above, on his belt and all purpose drop-pouch on his left thigh and I don't think you need much more. I think that's one of the areas where they went wrong in adding that in the series. Trenchcoats are for mobsters, pimps and military officers whereas Castle's a highly trained operator.

As for the Punisher vs. Daredevil dio, they didn't even include his holsters. Save the knife on his boot, where the hell does he stash his weapons?! Whoever finalized/approved the concept sketch should be put out to pasture for the above reasons and the fact that they anchored Daredevil right in the middle of the skull...WTF?!

I know, I know. But it just does not seem right to be missing SDCC. I have a friend who lives on the trolley line above the airport and always have a free place to stay, but with less hours at work, I'm just trying to save by skipping all cons this year. I really enjoy the five days in San Diego every year, and feel it is well worth the money, although the crowds are getting horendous. But I like listening to the creators of both comics and collectibles, etc. I'll probably just fly down for one day, maybe Friday, to pick up my con exclusives from Sideshow and try to get one other item I always buy in the Toy Growers Cultyard. I mean there are some things you just cannot get if you're not there, unless you are willing to pay the scalper fees.

As far as the punisher goes, all that is required to make him "in character" is guns, black clothing, and a big skull on his chest.

As long as he's got all that, it's the punisher. anything else on top of that is just window dressing.

The only official offerings have been Snake Eyes, Cobra Commander, Cobra Trooper and Storm Shadow. The photo where they had the Cobra Commander shown during Toy Fair there was another figure with a red mask and jumper attire which is the Cobra Officer and that is being perceived as the SDCC Exclusive for this year...

Would make sense as a SDCC Ex. I'd have to get it too.
