Is that a 100% lock? Has that been reported anywhere?

It was discussed during the BCS Show on Sunday night. LSU's lead margin in the BCS is high enough that even a blowout loss to UGA would only drop them to #2.

I dont think its 100% lock. If they get destroyed they are not going to stay #1.

You only have to be #2 to get into the MNC game. A blowout loss to UGA won't drop them below #2.

I said beat not play. I hope they play as well and I think OSU can beat LSU unlike some LSU/SEC fans that can't see past their own noses.

I have a small nose, so I can see past it fine.

I just don't think OSU has the defense to stop LSU's run game. And I think LSU's defense would drastically slow down OSU's offense.

LSU/OSU is the game I want to see also.

“I made this clear to Jeremy Foley (Florida Athletic Director), if I am able to go coach, I want to coach at one place, the University of Florida. It would be a travesty, it would be ridiculous to all of a sudden come back and get the feeling back, get the health back, feel good again and then all of a sudden go throw some other colors on my shirt and go coach? I don’t want to do that. I have too much love for this University and these players and for what we’ve built.” —

It's hard to take this guy seriously. For the sake of tOSU fans, I hope he doesn't leave the program in disarray like he left Florida or as he told Muschamp upon leaving the program "it's broken".

What he was supposed to get florida to hire him back so they could spend 7 Million on him and Muschamp?

Also find me a link to the broken quote and have it not be in the last week , seems odd everywhere it shows up is in last week mostly by pissed off FL fans.

PAC-12 TITLE GAME
UCLA
OREGON

1. UCLA got crushed 50-0 last week against USC.

2. UCLA has already fired Rick Neuheisel but will coach this game.

3. Oregon is favored by 31 points.

4. If UCLA loses and they will, they still qualify for a bowl game with a 6-7 record. What an embarrassment to college football. :slap

They have to apply to qualify.

He its no different then LSU if they lose goes to national championship or the fact that Alabama can go even thought they get a break this weekend.

If a conference championship doesn't effect one team when they lose why should it the other team. If USC wasn't under sanctions UCLA would be going to a bowl game and no one would care either way.

1. According to PTI-Espn they have applied and have qualified.

2. Apples and oranges, besides Alabama and LSU don't have 6-7 records.

3. .500 records are the cutoff for bowl games, not 1 game under .500 (6-7 in UCLA's case).

Its not you are saying its ok for on team to ignore what happens in conference championship game but it's not ok for another.

Well obviously there is a extra part saying that if they finish regular season with .500 they are an exception.

Kinda like they have a rule where only two teams per conference for BCS games unless you have a compete cluster F where somehow the top 2 teams can't win the conference yet still are top 2 they are allowed a 3 rd team.
