The only folks watching this game will be friends, family, bowl game challenge folks and the people who bought $11 scalped seats. :lol

Just for s**ts & giggles I tuned into this game at the 8:00 minute mark of the 3rd qtr. The score was 63-20 at that point. Safe to say I quickly tuned out. :lol

The first quarter was pretty damn good. Right up until West Virginia stripped the ball at the 1 yard line and ran it back 99 yards for a defensive TD. That one play broke Clemson's back, lol.

MNC PREDICTION
Alabama..21
LSU........16

My heart wants LSU but my mind says Saban will be ready this time around.

Or perhaps I'm hating on 316what. :wink1:.....:lol:rotfl:lol

Les Miles will continue being the only coach with a winning record versus Nick Satan.:yess:

Regardless of the outcome tonight, there will be a first:

LSU win: 1st team to win 3 BCS National Championships
Bama win: Saban will be 1st coach to win 3 BCS National Championships

I'll be absent from the thread during the game. I'll be back either after the game or tomorrow.

I heard Mike and Mike talking about this game this morning, and I tended to agree with Greenberg's point--Alabama looked like the slightly better team in their previous meeting. It took bad play by the Alabama kicking team and one particularly great, but freaky play by LSU's defense to win. But LSU feels like a team of destiny. They've accomplished more so far this year than possibly any other college team has done historically in a season apart from winning the championship. They just find ways to win over and over. I like LSU by a handful of points.

If Greenberg picked Bama to win, LSU is a lock.:rotfl
