I shall be attempting to do some work from home at random hours with an infant in tow.

Football, The Colbert Report, and Wii are the only things that have saved my sanity over the past couple months :lol

And look, my avatar is relevant again :lol

Trust me, some of us know how that is. :google Very happy for you and glad to hear that you're doing well.

Hey, you gotta find it where you can. It'll get a lot easier, though. Kids really seem to get easier (and even more enjoyable) with each passing day.

And look, my avatar is relevant again :lol
I think you planned that on purpose. :lol

they wouldn't but they are a good team but i want a Big 12 team or a Notre Dame, etc., not Hawaii or Boise State in the Sugar Bowl, whether Alabama is in the Sugar Bowl or not.

I was agreeing with you...right up to the point you mentioned wanting Notre Dame in the Sugar Bowl....then you lost all credibility.:rotfl

We still go to the Big 12 championship though right, since we beat OU? And they could very well lose to OSU, that's always a big rivalry game and OSU is at home.

Incorrect. If OU beats OSU by 14 or more, they will jump UT in the BCS Rankings. If there's a 3-way tie, the tie breaker is BCS Ranking. The highest team will play Mizzou in the Big 12 Championship.

Now if OU loses to OSU, TT goes to the Big 12 Championship.

UT's ONLY chance of making it to the Big 12 Championship is if OU lays an egg and barely beats OSU.

In other words: UT is Cotton Bowl bound.:lol

:lol i was just trying to get Irish to comment and then take back the offer...but he never bit.

I respect you for saying that because you are right. :D

Why is this such a remote possibility? I think there's a fairly large chance that this will happen, as OSU usually plays a pretty good game against OU, especially when they're at home. I recall a few big upsets in the past 10 years in this series. In college ball, it ain't over until the last game is played :rock

If OU loses, and I hope they do, Tech goes to the B12 game because they beat Texas and will have the tiebreaker.

Yeah I know that, but if OU wins, but by a 14 pt or less margin, we will go to Big 12 championship and remain ranked higher than OU in the BCS. That's what I was saying. So I'm actually cheering for OU to win (I can't believe I said that), just not by much :lol

In all reality, Tech shouldn't even be in the mix since a phantom pass interference call is what kept their game-tying drive alive against Nebraska.
Granted, a loss is a loss, but keep that in mind.

Tech is overrated and in all reality it probably should be Texas in the championship game.

I agree that they are overrated, but bad calls save teams all the time. It isn't like Tech is the only team to benefit from something like that.

I just had to point it out, being a Husker fan and all:lol
