Yeah I know that, but if OU wins, but by a 14 pt or less margin, we will go to Big 12 championship and remain ranked higher than OU in the BCS. That's what I was saying. So I'm actually cheering for OU to win (I can't believe I said that), just not by much :lol

Defeating ranked OSU will add to OU and push them past Texas in the BCS standings.

I don't see much hope in Texas going. If they would have taken their time instead of scoring so fast against Tech on that last drive, this would not even be a issue.

man there have been some thrillers today! 57 yard field goal by the Husker's kicker for the (eventual) win.

I just about ^^^^ when he made that. Pelini admitted that he made the bonehead call of the year by trying that fake in the first half, but Henry bailed him out. Suh sealed the game with that interception... 2nd of the year he's run back.
Heck of an improvement in Pelini's 1st year. 8-4 (easily could be 10-2) and probably headed to the Gator bowl.

So Oklahoma is in the Big 12 Championship game. Check out the USA Today Coaches poll...they are ranked above Texas by 1 point.

USC would stomp Tech, OU too.

USC, as is usual being in the PAC 10.....doesn't play anyone, and yet still finds a way to lose in conference. It would be entertaining to see USC try and stop OU's offense. :lol

It's been entertaining listening to the Whorn fans the past few days......

BOOMER SOONER!

I DETEST OU!!! Go Mizzou!!!! :banghead

Seriously, how can anyone cheer for Missouri?

Really, WTF is wrong with that Josh fellow? :lol

I wish Nebraska had another shot at Mizzery, Va Tech, and Texas Tech. If they were playing at the same level that they were at the end of the season, it would be a Longhorn/Husker showdown for the Big 12 title... and that would be a toss up.

Mark my words... Nebraska will win the Big 12 within 2 years and a national title within the next three.

It's a shame that Nebraska and OU don't play every year like they used to. That was usualy the game that decided the Big 8 and quite often who played for the national title. I'd love to see that every year, but no, we get Colorado.

I agree 100%....that was the game in the Big 8 and I looked forward to it every year! Switzer and Osborne, those were the days.

Well, Notre Dame announced today that Gerry Faust In A Fatsuit™ (aka Charlie Weis) will be returning to hold the football program hostage for at least another year. Here's what I think about that:

And, yes... these are actually my pics that I took today.

He's a good coach. They'll do well next year. They finished one game worse than I expected this year and with the young team they've got it's a lot like Weis' first year. From 6-6 to BCS.
