Well the Cody does seem great. I personally dont know enough about the character enough though.

Cody & Rex were must buys but both poses disappointed me. I hated Rex's rifle and I really thought Cody in an Order 66 pose would be a given. It's a nice change of pace but they lost a sale from me doing that.

I agree with you guys. Pieces should attempt to portray something taken straight out of the movies. That adds longivity to a piece.

Although, I find the current Cody pose very nice as well, but it simply isn't iconic enough for me to give it a slot in my collection.

Yeah, there's plenty of options but if it's not 1/4, then I'm not interested as far as I'm concerned. May have to track down that 1:2 scale bust but I'm fine with the 1/6th figure for now.

Order 66 has been done to death, i love the strafing pose they went with for Cody!

Rex should have definitely had his pistols though as a swap out!

Well said. I like the word iconic. I have a decent display space but for those of us who like 1/4 scale we must chose are items wisely due to size constraints. I want what is iconic not just trendy

I feel a little better. I thought for a bit there that it was just me! That's an unusually long push out this early (dare I say unprecidented). This, combined with the lack of new Star Wars reveals (no new Mythos, Mara PF, etc., etc.), seems to signal some larger problems. While I will enjoy the extra cash this year, I get antsy when I don't get anything for a few months

I feel you Dennis.. its kind of strange.. haven't seen anything new from Star Wars (statue wise) for a long time.. very unusual and I kind of feel a disturbance in the force...
