Just my two cents, but isn't there a part near the end of FOTR where they officially announce that the fellowship is no more? I think it's just after Sam and Frodo take off in the rowboat. So, for me, the "fellowship" is any of their appearances prior to that point, either pre- or post-Lothlorien cloaks.

SS announce that the Fellowship may or may not be completed in PF or any ot her form and it doesn't seem to provoke much a backlash as a 'poopin Pippin' made years ago.Thats a pity.

A Fellowship in PF form should be made, if it is so unfeasable they should say so outright.
A Fellowship in dio form should also be made, if it is so unfeasable they should say so outright.

If you check SS comments you will see I have made a few comments to the fact that 12" collectors should have been given a chance for the 9 as well, even though it wasn't a line I collected I thought it 'sucked golf balls through hose pipes' that you were all left high and dry
Just hope SS come through this time with their 'flagship' range
