anyway..yeah awsome. which lapd set are the pants frm? i seen a few and not sure which 1. do they fit nice or are they short?? same goes for the hat and badge, which nypd figure uniform are they from?

The LAPD uniform parts came from the bbi Elite Forces line. Patrol officer WEST. The NYPD uniform came from the bbi Elite Force #21116. I got them both from eBay. There's a picture of both these figures at Entertainment Earth (not in stock) Your best bet is to keep checking eBay.

yes i finaly found them on entertainment earth but as u say they were out of stock, it said under the pictures *just for reference*


they also showed a nypd elite force kit where u get the gear and uniform on its own without the figure.

Buy the figure for $29.99, and sell the parts you don't need on eBay and get back half or more of what you spend. I bought Obama's coat for $6.99 just for the lapel US flag pin, then turned around and sold the suit coat for $4.50, that way I get the pin for $2.50.

yeah good thinking!! imight do that then. so that will be almost everything i need right?? to make it as accurate as poss anyway?? the lapd and nypd figs? the hong kong fig, the m1 gun and joker head?? which im yet to get but need that repainting too. he does look more pale grey to me tho in some pics frm that scene, esp the side shot of him. more grey than skin tone.

great thinking bout selling the parts tho. will do that! the handcuffs imight keep tho cos they will come in handy for the arkham joker.

well old grandpa told me that the lapd pants are good, in size fit and colour so yeah i hope so. i been looking into using em myself.

also to old grandpa: on the jacket what did u use for the various badges the joker has on the chest of his jacket>? the red and yellow badge etc?? and how did u attatch em? r they proper badges or jst sticker/labels??

I went through the honor graurd sequence on DVD frame by frame, and saw Joker was wearing ribbons (medals), a sharshooters medal on his chest, and a US flag lapel pin. Went to Joanne's Fabrics ribbon dept and found some 1/4" red, yellow, and blue ribbon. Folded the ribbon over and fabric gluded to make the right thickness and size. Then gluded each ribbon on chest. The white stripes on the blue medal was made from stripping tape. I've used kahki 1/4" ribbon before to make straps for various military figures. The sharpshooters medal came off the LAPD uniform shirt. The US flag pin from an Obama jacket.

ahh, iwas thinking of using transders or small bits of fabric for the red and yellow badges etc he has on his jkt.

also, i found sum1 who will sell me the nypd fig loose and the lapd outfit for $12 each!! the only thing is, the nypd cop dont have the badge on his shirt :-( but i noticed the nypd cop had a badge so would that work, its gold but i could jst give it a paint to make it silver??

Should work fine. My LAPD uniform didn't come with a badge so I'm not sure what it looks like. The NYPD badge isn't an exact copy of a GCPD badge either.I had the badge because I bought the hat, so close enough.

cool,, thanks old grandpa, he emailed me with more pics, so imight for for both of them frm him, the lapd carded outfit (no figure) and the loose nypd fig. not bad for 12 bucks each. ill look on ebay now for the hong kong outfit, i got one on my watch list i think, about 30dollars or so tho.

then need the br 2 head.

and white gloves. for those, whats ppl used when used a ht body, fabric gloves or gloved hands painted.

FYI: This is a custom done by a member over at ToyWorld. The head sculpt is actually NOT a Modified Joker sculpt or original sculpt. See the (recasted EnterBay) Jet Li head in the second set of pics? THAT'S what he used to make his Cop Joker. He Modified THAT head sculpt.

I've never seen any full length shots of his Mod though, so i can't comment on the outfit.. but imo it's the best looking Cop Joker (sculpt) I've seen so far. And I'd say outfit wise, Old Grandpa takes that award as of right now.

The paint job isn't the best - gotta shade the eyes a bit and so forth. But Ledger smirks after he shoots Gordon in that scene, should work fine. Better than shaving/sculpting/recasting the hair...

Yes Joker does smirk, and yes the second BR Joker head has a smirk.. but it's the eyes on that second head sculpt that are the problem. Joker looks psychotic WITH a grin after shooting Gordan. The 2nd BR Joker head sculpt does not look psychotic.. the expression is more goofy than anything else.

Yeah thats the head i found ages ago, not sure how to find the person who did it tho, as ialso think its the best so far!!

and yeah the outfit grandpa has done his def the best in my opinion 2!!
