I heard about this last year after I placed my first order with CSC and fortunately never experienced any problems with them. Several orders later and I'm still satisfied with my shopping experience at CSC. Sorry that other collectors got burned by the CSC credit card breach.

Thanks again. The real drag of the whole thing is that due to this constant reminder of a long dead issue, we still get blamed for nearly every one-off cc fraud issue that happens to anyone that's ever shopped with us now. Even though our new system makes it virtually impossible. It comes with the territory, I suppose.

I've asked Dave to kill the thread. Hopefully he can help us out with that.

CSC seems to stock more older Minimates than any other major online toy store. I saw the Defenders there recently, though it's been sold out everywhere else for eons. Just an observation. . .

I haven't had any issues since the first hack. And I've payed with a credit card. So I think things are OK with them now and if you are getting stolen cards again it proabably isn't from them again.

I've enjoyed buying from CSC, they have some of the best prices out there. I haven't experienced any problems since the initial issues back when this thread was started.

Wow, guys! The level of support is truly flattering and appreciated! For anyone with any doubts, I'll take a moment go back to an analogy I was using when the newly updated security measures went into place...

It would literally take something akin to the Mission Impossible ceiling wires scenario to get a credit card number out of CSC now. They are not stored on any server, online or offline (which is a PCI Certification requirement by the way. Who knew? We didn't at the time.) The information is locked up in a security grade cabinet in a locked room with a motion sensor/alarm inside a building with a second motion sensor And alarm monitors attached to all the entrances.

I'm not even kidding. I've gone from paranoid to super-duper-uber-borderline insane paranoid. LOL.
