I found pictures on Ebay of Batgirl and she looks great to me. I'm not sure if I can post the Ebay link, so just do a search for Cover girls Batgirl and you should see a listing where she's being sold from a comic shop and they took pictures of her in the store.

If Supergirl is indeed delayed, which would really suck at this point, I'll probably get Batgirl to bridge the gap.

I knew it!! I'm so effin weak

inspect yours if you can for sloppy paint, mine is plagued by slops. This is the weakest statue in the line quality wise.




Update I contacted my LCS about a replacement. This thing is a total lemon.

Me too snoops, she's got a glob of glue across one her boobs, bad paint apps on the cape (see pics 1 and 2) the red paint from her hair bled onto her cape (again pics 1 and 2), the bat-symbol on her chest is painted uneven all over the place (pic 1) the eye hole in her mask is also spotty (again pic 1) and she's got a huge splotch of black paint right on her forehead over her left eye.

I ended up picking up this statue mainly cause I didn't want a hole in my collection and I have some spare funds so I figures "why not?" I'm really disappointed on the QC on this one and I hope I got one of the rare stinkers.

I meant quality-wise. Every other covergirl I've gotten has had outstanding paint except this one hence, 6-1. It's such a disappointment too because if you look at Zatanna, which in my opinion set the standard, and then look at this piece of uhm....porcelain- the difference is night and day.

Oh. Gotcha. I think I'll play it safe and keep my 3-0 record (which will become 4-0 with Harley, whenever that is).

I really hope this isn't an indication of how Ivy will turn out.

Yea. Thats pretty nasty. First thing I noticed was the runover on the edge of the cape in the first pic.

I was on the fence about this statue, but I really loved the colors and ended up ordering it. waiting to get mine sometime next week. After seeing the disaster paint apps, now I am scared! Keeping fingers crossed that it was just a fluke!

Well the one on eBay also had the eys that were painted below the eye balls... did they not notice the sculpt line going straight through her iris in the factory?
