Anyone else try a Live Chat and get what looks like an email form instead? Asks for email address with a box for question. Press the "chat with us" button and message submits, but no chat window opens.

if I am going flex with the im30 coupon...
when I add coupon why does the amounts of both payments reflect the discount
total amount is correct but flex amounts are wrong

Guys I am in need of some help and since this is the most active forum on here I visit thought I'd ask here. Does anyone know where I can find a spare headset for the Hot Toys Nick Fury? I just got one but that little piece was missing. I have only seen one on ebay but i didnt want to bid until i got more information. Its currently at a bid of 36.00. Is that what i can expect to pay?

Thanks, Alex! Very kind of you to devote some of your own time to helping us out with this issue. Like I said in my PM, even if the error is on my end, I appreciate the excellent customer service. That's why I continue to shop at Sideshow. Well, that and the great products.

The customer service I got was pretty terrible dealing with some random associate but Alex on here and MOTW on twitter were amazing about getting on this to help me and all of us in the same boat. They restored my faith in Sideshow with their customer service

Are you on Facebook? Not only does Hot Toys have a page, but there are also pages for Hot Toys collectors. You could try there. There are also sites that part out figures. Someone can probably tell you those.

Did anyone else get the $25.00 off Super Bowl code? Just got it in an email and only good till February 2nd.
