Great episode, definitely one of the better ones, but at the rate Oliver is going he may as well just pull a Tony Stark and publicly announce who he is. :lol

I'm so used to characters revealing their secert identity to every Tom **** and Harry in these flims and shows, that it doesn't even phase me anymore, I expect it.

Janina Gavankar. :drool

Yep. :inlove

When the make shift blood transfusion was happening near the end, I was expecting Ollie to pull a Bane and say," Now is not the time to fear Tommy. That comes later." Bonus points if it was with the voice modulator on. :lol

Yeah the last ep was a good one! Loving the island flashbacks, normally when shoes do them they get repetative or boring but it works for Arrow, im excited to see whats to come!

Also, the fact alot of people know his secret means 1 thing! PEOPLE WILL DIE IN THE FINALE!

I wouldn't mind seeing the mom, and Tommy die, they seem the least necessary at this point. I'd throw the sister in there too, but they keep referring to her as Speedy, so she's obviouusly not going anywhere.

His sister is a cool character. I hope she stays around for a few more seasons at least.

Out of the ones mentioned, I think Oliver's mom stands the best chance of being killed. I mean how long can she last after the assassination attempt on Malcolm, and now that Oliver knows about her, etc. Seems like she's just in way over her head and I can see them offing her in the finale. Tommy is my least favorite, but this last episode made me like him more.

Okay, I've got a bit of a hunch. I never touched a comic book growing up and hardly know anything about the characters outside of Batman, Superman, etc...but something occurred to me in this latest episode.

Oliver's new detective girlfriend picked up that picture of Laurel's sister and her father. Laurel said something like "I don't know why my father bought her that canary. That thing chirped night and day and drove us all nuts." If you look at the picture, you'll notice that the canary is black. Immediately, I thought of the Black Canary superhero girl from Smallville (I assume she originated in the comics). Then of course at the end we learn that Laurel's sister might be alive.........you see where I'm going with this? :lol

By the way, the Manu Bennett pull-up scene was epic.

That makes sense...
Although in comics Canary's real name is Dinah "Laurel", but they could have that character end up being her sister. Maybe they'll start doing her flashbacks as well. :lol

Black Canary is Green Arrow's main chick and as her name in the comics is Dinah Laurel Lance, I figure they're grooming her for the Canary role. Hopefully we'll see her suit up next season. They also threw in an inside reference about her wearing fishnets for Halloween in one of the first few episodes. So yeah, she's definitely going to be BC.

Almost forgot, she works for the "CNRI" legal group.

Awesome, then I was right. :yess:

Doesn't she have some howling/screeching super power?

It'll be interesting to see how they handle that on the show considering no characters so far have had super powers.

She is base off of Black Canary. Tommy is or was base off the black hood.

Yes, but the show will not have any super power people in it.

I'm really suffering from no weekly dose of Arrow :gah:

Seriously, i'm wondering how they'll finish the season off. With the likelyhood of Tommy finding out about his father's secret, but how are they going to leave the story of Oliver's flashbacks to the island?

New episodes start up again tomorrow.

How did they not find out about Tommy's father? I must have missed something, did he close his weapons room as he went down?

The Dark Archer/Merlyn returns this week, i really want to see more of this side of Malcolm Merlyn but i'm starting to think this could be the running theme of season 2. They could mirror Oliver's flashback from this season with Malcolm having flashbacks to his time there, may be explaining it to Tommy.
