One of the GREATEST first season finales I have ever seen in a sci-fi series.

Honestly, this was perfection.

That belongs to Fringe Season 1, in my book. That was the biggest jaw dropping moment ever in tv for me.

Side note: Did you guys catch Caitlin as Killer Frost?!?!??! ZOMG!!!1!!!11

And Barry in prison.

Good finale.

OMG, just finished watching it on DVR!!! All I can say is WOW! Excellent show!

Really good...what's this about Caitlin as frost? Someone please explain?

We see her as Killer Frost when Barry travels through the wormhole. Did anyone catch the vague Cobalt Blue reference from Wells? Or Cisco's movie references to Star Wars, Back To The Future and Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy?

Absolutely EPIC. That's how you do a season finale. And all of the allusions of things to come--Caitlin as Killer Frost, Sisco will become Vibe (as Wells says he can sense "vibrations in time"), Jay Garrick's helmet, Rip Hunter, the DC Legends team taking on the giant robot, the Flash statue, Barry in prison, Rip Hunter, the time sphere, speed force/bleed, Vanishing Point, ... What else???

I adored seeing Barry's "history." Ideally, I'd love for them to apply that same concept to the Multiverse. It'd be so cool to see flashes of West Batman, Reeve Superman, and all of the other DC media from the past 75 years in one of those "time tunnels;" Shipp Flash included. As far as the '90s show goes, I desperately want to see Shipp reprise the role. I'd love it if that was one of the alternate universes Barry visited; the continuity of the '90s Flash show.

There's just so much cool stuff. That Jay Garrick helmet; I'm dying to see who plays him. Honestly, I'd like to see, maybe, Bruce Greenwood. I don't see how the timeline can't rewrite itself, though. No Wells means no murder, and so on, and so forth.

So now in this timeline , Harrison Wells is alive ....hmmm

I think that depends on what rules they are creating for themselves. Oh Time Travel...so tricky and paradoxal.

DAMN good finale finale to a VERY solid season. Very few growing pains with this one. I'm looking forward to seeing what Season 2 has in store! (good luck DCCU...)

During the worm hole scene when Barry is trying to go to that night, you see a KF shooting an ice beam. Nothing else aside from that.

That was a finale! The story was wrapped up well and all dem easter eggs......

really love seeing Renee looking into the sky! Hawkgirl will certainly be my favorite. :lol :drool

Did anyone seriously cry during the Nora scene. I paused it, cause it seriously hit me, and for **** sakes, even the prison speech between him and Henry, done. This episode is just: done.

This show had me cussing up a storm, I was so mind ****ed, and so pissed, and so sad, and so happy; I'm almost certain this is what menstruation feels like. :lol

One thing that I appreciated out of the season finale was Iris. I know many don't care for her, and especially as a teen-driven show from the CW, I think I actually like Iris. For one; it isn't like Lois and Clark. Man, that relationship was ****ed; Lois loved Supes but not Clark, and she went gold digger when she found out Clark was Supes. Or like Batman and Selina, that both love their alter ego and don't really care for much about their identities. That's why I liked Iris, while certainly she pulled a Foggy and pissed me off when she found out about Barry, she didn't just turn around for him. She still loved Eddie, and didn't go all gold digger -- even though we know she has/had/does/who-the-****-knows feelings.

I'd say this was one hell of a season, and I must admit it tops even Arrow S1. Which says a lot considering I've seen Arrow and had extremely high expectaions for this. Also I know people don't like the whole idea of time traveling to erase key moments, but I'll take that over flashbacks. Honestly, I could see Flash go back and try to save Nora a thousands different ways and times, and it will get me every time.

Bring on season 2!

Also it is confirmed we will get several speedsters and a **** ton of villains for S2! All I know is I'm gonna create a petition for Grant Gustin as Barry Allen for the films over Ezra Miller. :cuss

Seriously, too many feels in that Nora scene.

Yeah, EZRA has big shoes to fill. There's no need to replace the flash and all it's gonna do is create more confusion.

I got choked up watching it this morning when I got home from work.I'm usually Tweeting between commercials but I had to work Tuesday night. I kept away from all social media too so no spoilers!
Bring on season two!!!

He better get a new suit in season 2. Classic style.

Something like this would be cool.

It was definitely tugging on the heart strings when he went to go save his mom and his own future self waved him off and his immediate reaction when he knew he had to let her die. That was a sad moment.
