It was Peggy's dream while she was unconscious.
Made no sense narratively or stylistically.
Just a random musical.

There's a clarification of the relationship between Barry and Iris. Other than that....no.

And Supergirl and whatshisname. (I watched the Supergirl episode for once to see if there was any significance in the cross-over, and umm, not really.. :/ )

They won't do 90's Flash because they only see JWS as a father figure.
Havin' him as a goofy old Barry would confuse casuals too much.

Hamill is a Disney guy now, I doubt he'd do anything bigger than a cameo appearance.

But he and Tina could've had a kid. Personally, I think it'd be kind of cool if his brother Jay's kid, who he was always giving pep talks to, grew up to be Kid Flash, and, later, The Flash. And I want them to get M. Emmett Walsh a cameo as Henry Allen before he dies, and Mike Genovese as Garfield, while they're at it.:lecture

Musicals aren't my thing. While I didn't mind the episode, some of the people singing were cringe worthy. All I could think was "ok look, sometimes you gotta wear your big boy/girl pants and tell someone they can't sing very well and they're gonna do a voice over".

Who was cringe worthy? There are individual live concert videos of Gustin, Benoist, Carlos Valdes, Jeremy Jordan, John Barrowman, and Carlos Valdes. I wasn't interested in this episode either until I saw their vidoes on Youtube. They can sing! They sing better than a lot of professional singers out there. I don't understand the hate. I don't like musicals either, except Rock of Ages, I guess it depends on the songs. But to see my favorite comic actors who can sing, demonstrate their other talents is a pleasure. But seeing that it takes place in the, what, 1920's and I'm sure the songs of that era, it's probably...meh.

I liked the episode.

The villain's powers were inconsistent as ****, but other than that, I enjoyed it.

The villain was played by the crazy guy from TDK and he was also the Joker's henchman in Gotham this year.

He did an episode of Kevin Smith's Fatman on Batman podcast and seemed like a super nice guy

I was really let down by the musical and Tuesday's episode. :(

I know **** is about to go down soon though. Really looking forward to it.

She's effectively an inter-dimensional cop so I would imagine it's against the rules?

Could be.

She can vibe like Carlos too though right? Maybe she can't vibe and can only do the inter-dimensional travel like Cisco?
