Last episode I saw was when Prometheus was torturing him and I'm and still not sure how Prometheus won/beat him.

Prometheus made Oliver admit that he likes killing. I don't get how it almost ruined him but it did.
I actually thought they were going to lean on that Grell arc where Oliver travels the world to find out who he really is. Would have been cool to see

That was the whole point with Season 1 of Arrow. It was so far removed from colourful, caped, masked DC comic superhero-land it was a fairly real world take on things. Then it went PG Kick-Ass and at the same time had to do it's best to fit in with The Flash spin-off and Legends..

Through the seasons there were many similarities from Year One and the fall/destruction of Star City to even making Oliver the mayor.

It's a very good episode indeed.
Tho I still love "Out of Time" the most.
Weather Wizard creatin' a tsunami, Thawne revealin' himself to Cisco, Barry kissin' Iris, time travel...
The actin' is solid, the VFX are nice, the sound is great and the music is awesome.

After tonight, my guess is Ronnie aka Firestorm - back from the dead somehow or another version of him due the events from Flashpoint.

Why didn't Barry take back the disruptor Cisco made? If it can stop him from moving fast enough that he can't go back in time surely he could use it on Savitar too.
