SIDESHOW MADE THIS IN COMIQUETTE PLIZZZZZZ!!
Sooo...you want Sideshow to make a Cyclops comiquette with a bit of Wolverine Bicep, colossus torso and Jean Grey nipples? I have only ONE thing to say to you sir........GRAIL!!
SIDESHOW MADE THIS IN COMIQUETTE PLIZZZZZZ!!
I'll buy it if you tell me when cyclops is coming out.
How about in October? Oh wait...was I supposed to say anything? Did you trick me? Doh! ARRRRRHH
They better hurry...judgement day is upon Colossus comiquette. We'll see if there's any dynamics between the two...like the first X-Men vs Sentinel #1.
To tell the truth the scale "issue" is becoming quite boring lately...why do people want every piece produced in 1/4??? how many pieces that size can you really display in your shelves??? Anyways, each and every (I think so) PF so far is in 1/4. The only inconsistency has been with the Comiquettes, but even in that format there are different lines....so I don't think the preoblem is Sideshow not sticking to one scale, but people not sticking with one line

For me personally, I just want the X-men in 1 scale so they display well together and 1/5 scale is just a step up from Bowen scale and a tad too small for me. I don't want my Gambit to tower over Colossus.
I am not sure what you mean by lines here, there is only one Marvel Comiquette line. There are no Comiquettes for other licences.
Sideshow can't keep the Comiquette line in the same scale so it there is no point sticking to Comiquettes for people like me since having a Collossus comiquette be 3 inches smaller than a Hulk PF, or Venom massively over sizing DareDevil makes for a hokey dislplay.
There is not a massive difference in the space taken up by a 1/5 or 1/4 scale statue, they share around the same footprint and are only a few inches different in height, so why not make them the same scale?

The number of statues that can be displayed in my shelves is besides the point for me. I don't necessary only display marvel PFs together. I want marvel comiquettes, PFs and even maquettes to all be the same size. Unless they do special sizes that are really different in scale, like 1/2 scale or 1/1 life size scales. Those have huge size difference from the other statues and that is fine.
However, to have one statue be 2-4" inches unproportional to another one, just looked weird and out of place. Why would anyone need slightly bigger statue from another? That looks awkward when put side by side, but not really a huge difference in scale? And collecting one line is a silly answer. I want to display my PF and comiquette together, because I like the poses. The comiquette line of the same character might not come out as nice or in a good pose as the PF (for example).
Again Comiquettes and PFs are not always meant to go together because they are two different formats, two different kinds of collectible, as simple as that.
You didn't get my point or I didn't explain myself in the best way.
There is the PF line, which is in 1/4 scale, and then the Comiquettes which, the way I see it, is formed by several lines:
-Adam Hughes' ladies (1/5)
-Brookes' line (also 1/5)
-Olivetti's Spidey Universe (1/4)
-Other Olivetti pieces: Punisher, Hulk (1/5)
-Women of Marvel (1/5)
Now my point is that if scale is what bothers people, why the hell don't you stick with one line??? Eventually you will see your character done in it...unless your problem is that you want Comiquettes in 1/4 or PFs in 1/5, but you can't always have everything, can you?
