Re: DarkArtist's Creations of DOOM!

Thanks a lot guys! I had a productive night last night, even though I only got to paint for an hour or so. Tonight will be a marathon of sorts, hoping to get done with a lot of backlog if the juices are flowing the way I want them to. :rock

Re: DarkArtist's Creations of DOOM!

Well we all know your work is well worth the wait.

Thank you so much for your efforts.

Can't wait to share in the pieces here ...

Re: DarkArtist's Creations of DOOM!

Nice work Josh, there are some Reno remnants in that head, but your paint's really departed it from him.

Josh, I saw your comment elsewhere about a new sig for here, I sent you a PM about it and I threw you on my SIG list in the Art Show forum.

Re: DarkArtist's Creations of DOOM!

You made that weird Frodo mouth thing go away and for that I salute you. You actually made that PF worth buying now....IMO of course. :D

I can't wait until he's back on my shelf :D

Re: DarkArtist's Creations of DOOM!

You made the eyes and the mouth on Frodo great. Those are the two biggest problems with the paint apps on him and now he looks fantastic. Hmmmmmmmm:monkey3

Re: DarkArtist's Creations of DOOM!

Great work on your latest stuff Josh!
Is it possible to see P!TU's dad to compare with what you've done there? I am amazed that you did what you did with the Jean Reno. Great glasses too! Where'd those come from?
Great stuff! I would think P!TU is most happy with this.

Not the same pics i send Josh but you can get the idea

Re: DarkArtist's Creations of DOOM!

Wow, the one in the top right looks a lot like Reno, this worked out great for you p!tu.

Re: DarkArtist's Creations of DOOM!

awesome p!tu. You definitely need to score a pair of those glasses. It totally is the selling point on the likeness.

Re: DarkArtist's Creations of DOOM!

I know! thanks man!! Ive always said he looks like Reno! :chew:chew

Have you ever seen them together? I bet you haven't. Your father is Reno. It is pretty obvious when you think about it.:monkey5:monkey5:monkey5

Re: DarkArtist's Creations of DOOM!

I read about an evil Obi Wan custom you did Josh but I can't find the pics....would you mind posting them again? Anything evil that was good is the tops in my book. :D

Re: DarkArtist's Creations of DOOM!

Oh dude, don't worry... It's all good. Should have a lot of updates soon, I am very close to being finished on an entire slew of work. :rock

Here's some finished stuff from today.... A Vampire Spike and my custom Evil Obi-Wan. Lots of others coming too, pics tomorrow!

Just found them- awesome! :rock

One day Josh I am going to require your services to make a character evil, but not just ordinary evil, I mean EVIL.

Thanks man! Yeah, Les' Luke figure was INSANE... he really pushed the boundaries as far as Sith go. I wish I had done the same. Hopefully the next one I do will be more hardcore. :lol

And thanks for all the comments on P!tu's Dad. I really had a blast working on it and I think it turned out rather nicely. And to answer the question, the glasses came from the SSC Giles figure.
