I tell you something, my hat's off to you, Josh. When I paint-up just one head for one of my own figures, I need about a week off before I even think about starting another! Mixing the paints together, trying to achieve the right tones and the detail work is a big drain. I don't know how you take on so many projects like you do and they all turn out looking like you poured your heart into them.

Thanks Die... It really can get overwhelming at times. I just dive in and hope that I have enough fuel to drive through a little bit each day.
Sometimes I sit down and just fall into a daze, my brain won't let me do anything.

It's on the backburner until I can catch up. Plus I have to figure out how I will make the clothing for him. I also am worried that my mask might be slightly oversized, but not sure on that yet. It's in limbo, that's for sure.
And thanks for the kind words Neehar, converting Hudson to Hicks was hard to do, but it came out pretty nice, better than I thought it would be. I still have some touch up work to do on it, same with Hudson... But it is almost done!

Josh has been pretty quiet on the boards the past several days. Methinks he's been busy working on lots of this stuff. Probably painting Joker heads.

I'm sure Josh is quite busy with his school work, semester should be ending in a few weeks I imagine, so all the semester end projects'll be piling up on him.

I'm just assuming from my own experience. He's seemed to have a fair ammount of papers and things through the last few months, I assume like any school, the end of the semester peaks the business.

You are correct my friend. I have been insanely busy on a lot of stuff. I have a final speech Monday, two tests, and my Literature teacher assigned me the part of Bottom the Weaver in A Midsummer Night's Dream... So that has been taking a lot of my time away from the brushes.
BUT... Tonight I was able to do some work. I am very close to finishing 3 Joker figures, one Joker head, One Myers, One Roy, 2 Wolverine's, 3 Supermen, one Krycek, and a Deckard. Also have 5 heads that I am working on as well...
So I hope to take some pics tomorrow when I finish all that. Only bad thing is that now I am officially out of skin tone paints, I have 3 things to ship and no money to speak of. 3 of the items I have sold in the past month have yet to be paid for, due to a variety of issues. So money that I was counting on is MIA... which is causing the Wife and I to get a little nervous. The amount is over $300...
And since my only other source of income is GI Bill money, I have to wait another 2 weeks before I have another cent coming from them. So yeah... it sucks right now to be me.

Seriously, that's B.S. Some of us pay before we even send you our stuff to paint. Those non-payers should be flogged for putting you in an unfair bind (and for possibly delaying stuff for those who have paid up).
That said, let me know if you need a loan in order to send that stuff out to folks. (And I don't even care if mine if among them... it's just the principle of the matter)

Only one non payer is actually being a deadbeat, and they aren't boardies. The others are in binds as well, in one way or the other so it's ok... I just hate it when things get like this. The Wife has been having work issues and bills really slammed us this month, I was stupid and payed for some things I shouldn't have until I had all of the money, but I expected it to be here already..
