If this isn't a consistent problem that they really understand, you would think they would keep her over night for observation, anyway. I don't get it, but of course, I'm no doctor. I don't know if this is means for optimism or not, but doctors in the U.S. are supposedly so scared of being sued by malpractice that they are almost always overly cautious about neurological issues. That's why people who fall and hit their head will sometimes get unnecessary, and expensive tests. If they didn't want to keep her there, and didn't schedule another appointment until Friday, maybe they don't see real cause for concern.
