I'm writing this openly because Josh has requested we do so and because it's the only way to get any response from him.
Like the title of this thread, I'm at the end of the line as well--with my patience. I've given Josh more than his fair share of chances. I gave him the opportunity to keep his money, not do any work and send my figures back. He can't even do that, though he keeps saying he will.
We live, at most, 2 hours apart and it's 2 figures at issue. You can scrounge up enough money between your couch cushions to cover the shipping. It's inexcusable. If you can't cover the shipping let me know, don't use your promises as a way of blowing me off and buying time.
Those of you who keep defending Josh, come to realization as to what is transpiring. At one time Josh may have been a stand-up, trustworthy, guy, but at this point his actions speak much louder than his empty words. There is no defending this.
I realize I'm not the only one affected, but I also recognize the symptoms--excuse after excuse and empty promise after empty promise--are the same. That signals a big problem to me; nothing is being resolved.
One thing I've done this whole time is to be positive about the situation because I understand $h1t happens. I haven't posted any flames, haven't flipped out like some have, and I've been patient. My patience has come to an end.
So now I'm going to make a promise; a promise I will keep. I also encourage those of you who have been hopefully and patiently waiting, with nothing to show for it, to do so as well.
If my items aren't returned within 1 week of this post, I will file a claim with the Internet Crime Complaint Center (
https://www.ic3.gov/). I'm sorry that it's come to this, but I just don't know what else to do.
I don't wish any bad karma to anyone, but I also won't be played for a fool. If you can't live up to your end of the bargain, at least live up to your word.
