Darth Maul 12" Image Thread

One with flash one without. You can see it on the flash, due to the obvious differance in color of the flat balck of his tattoo paint and the glossy sharpie. The other, in natural light, you cant tell at all.

I just snagged my Maul from the UPS guy who was parked on Hollywood Blvd He knows me and I saved him a trip so it's all good. :maul

No probes but a SSC Holiday card and ANOTHER catalogue!

Glad you're liking him so much King! I really agree this is the best one yet... although I don't have Kit since I'm not a fan of the character. So excellent figure + cool character (to me) = Perfect 10!

Better than a Medival Kurgan?

Can't wait till X-mas. My grandmother (who is giving him to me) insisted I inspect him last night. From my 20 second or less look over he looks awesome.

Maul is awesome! best of the SW line so far. boots are a tiny bit too big, and personally i'd have liked a less placid facial expression.
anyone gonna repaint the eyes? i'm thinking they might look cool looking upward so u can tilt his head down a bit.

I really thought we'd have more lemons -- that whole thing with the guy who said he had to pick one out of six because of crazy eyes. Glad that doesn't seem to be the case with this first shipment.

I almost certainly will. Thankfully by the looks of things it's all that I'll want to do to this figure, which pleases me as I'm too busy with other things to be doing a whole resculpt or repaint. So just the eyes suits me just fine!

The figure looks really great, I can't wait to get it,even though It'll be ages away yet (I'm in the UK!)

Awesome Josh! And don't let Dave fool you, your doily is in the holy trinity of SW pics. His RS shots I would classify elsewhere (and do as far as where they are stored in my computer).
