Not to slow down the fun here, but this is my first attempt at one of these...

Is it Ray Park or is it... Sideshow?

OK, on with the "Deep Thoughts" Maul...

:D

Al right, what are you clowns up to now? :lol

Geesh I go out for a few hours and Maul is pining for Tom G! :lol :maul :love

Got Maul.

Beautiful figure, definitely the best Star Wars so far. Couple of criticisms though. First of all, the Sideshow body needs some serious improvements. His legs are like toothpicks in his boots and his pants are so baggy they keep creeping up his leg and won't stay tucked in the boots which brings me to the next nitpick about the boots. Marginally better than Hasbros. I'll definitely be repainting these to add some weathering. Also his wrist bracelet is molded onto the glove. I thought for sure this would be removeable like Hasbros. The advantage of Sideshow Maul over Hasbros is obviously the scale and also the headsculpt is proportional to his body. No big-head Maul here and no cheezy grin, although I wouldn't be opposed to the idea of an alternate grinning headsculpt had it been included in the exclusive edition instead of the 5 variations of lightsabers. I don't see why they didn't just give us one hilt with removeable blades that can be seperated into two halves and had just included the Sith Probes with the figure. Well actually I do, it was a sneaky way for them to make more money, that's why. Anyway, nitpicks aside, I'm really happy with Maul and I'd give him a 9/10. Still haven't seen a "perfect" Star Wars figure yet but Maul is damn close. :maul
