Darth Maul Legendary Scale Figure

it's not the QC on this piece that people will bash, it's the oversized light saber and boots. I wonder if they fixed either because Maul wasn't at SDCC this year.

those are completely fair criticisms and for the kind of dough SS expects for these, they should get it right.

I want to see a good final product and hope he comes out well for those who ordered him.

I was at sdcc the year they showed these and personally thought they him and obi and wolverine looked like midgets or dwarves. The proportions were of but that's just me.

I also think catwoman lsf previewed looks off. I would like to think its me but neytiri looks good proportionally so I don't know

I'm with you on all your points. I want to see this, get peoples' reactions when they get their Maul, and I too was at SDCC to see this last year. Seemed off and kinda creppy at the same time. Like a little person in the room. Old Ben impressed me more. But both had issues for such pricey pieces. Lord help me if they ever do an Alien or something I really want in this line...

I'm with u but for me I love star wars x men and lotr so I'm a little bummed. Creepy is a good way to put it. I didn't feel comfortable looking at them but maybe that's a good thing also.

It's not your fault.

The LSF line has no set scale in place. SSC said so themselves. Ironic, then, that they would choose to put the word "scale" to describe this line.

They could have just called it, Legendary Format, and leave it at that.

I received an email about Maul's lightsaber. Here are some of the stats:

-Length of each blade is 18 inches.
-Length of blade and hilt is 21.5 inches
-Blade circumference is 2 inches
-Fully assembled lightsaber measures 50 inches (Holy crap!)

He was in this week newsletter as coming in 30 days. Cannot wait.

Those r cool and look right the way neytiri does. Basically they r thiner looking not as stubby. So I'm very curious to see in hand pics and get the opinions of others

from scale 1-5...will u rate 5 stars? it is a $2000 statue, is it worth the price?

I love darth maul my fav star wars character vader being a close
Second. But to be honest i believe the avatar neytiri LSF has more
Detail and a more complex statue and she's less at $1599.
Its odd atleast I think it should be the opposite darth maul
Should be $1599 and neytiri should be $1999 even dow she's
A little smaller and probably not as popular as darth but still ,
If the darth maul body was sculpted with his signature tattoos
And displayable with out his robe then I believe the price is more
Than justify.
