lol yeah I was not counting shipping I mean the statue itself will be $400, thanks King. If I can deal with the reg I am sure I can get it cheaper and with free shipping but I may want the ex. I got the HULK maquette for $629.99 and free shipping in Canada which is an awesome deal. With shipping and customs from the states it would have cost probaly $100 more if not even more so it was a big score for me.

How crazy this hobby has become, if someone said $400 for a pf 2 years ago everyone would be screaming bloody murder, now it's what we hope for.

right and that's if SS doesn't pull a Hulk Maquette on us.I looked through that Hulk thread and for months we were guesstimating how much it would be and many freaks saying they would pay such and such amount $500,$700 even $1000 for it.So SS pulled the trigger and for a 1/4 scale figure priced many out of it.Partly because there were so many great releases during comicon especially the DC line many freaks had to be real $ choosy.

Let's hope SS realizes that and keeps Superman in the Batman price range.With Tax and Shipping it's getting more expensive here in CA.

The $50 is because he's batman, superman will also be the same.

The less popular characters will have the normal $350 price hopefully.

For all we know, SS could have planned on a $350 price. But all this $400 talk would just give them the confidence and indirect permission to overcharge us.

I saw the $400 price for Batman because of the two heads and possibly the use of cloth for the utility belt. Now, Superman's costume design is as simple as it gets, so unless he also comes with two heads and the exclusive being something else, it should stay at $350 just like Joker.

Because, honestly, at this point in time, the Joker is just as, if not more, popular than Superman. So I call shenanigans on $400 "just because he's Superman."

I think it will be $400. We already know its coming with 2 head sculpts and I'm sure there will be an EX accessory. Just like Batman this will be $400.

Anyone thinks that they will make any changes on the base , or even add an S emlem on the back of the cape?. I doubt it as We dont normally see any dramatic changes by SS on its prototypes

I couldn't have said it better myself. Superman's PF is a brilliant design and classic in its simplicity. That being said, I agree SS should stick to $350 on the price of the piece UNLESS the Ex is something amazing. Here's hoping.
