Yeah. The overall sculpt on the figure is great but the stance and height is way off. Bane was like 8 or 9ft tall in the game and Croc was a bit bigger than Bane I belive. Maybe I'm just picky but I cant stand it when companies get the height of a character wrong. That was my biggest dissapointmant with the NECA RE5 Majini Executioner and GOW Gen. Raam and Lt. Kim 2-pack, Executioner and Raam were too danm short.

I mean I can forgive a little here and there, but Bane and Croc were monsters. At least double the size of a regular guy. Making Bane just twice as wide as Batman isn't good enough. He needs to be twice as big as well.

According to Toyfares' FB page the new issue will be released tomorrow and there will indeed be a sneak preview of some series 2 figures!
So hopefully we should have some page scans of the new figs by tomorrow :D
There's also a closer look at the series 1 figures in that issue aswell:

Harley looks amazing!

Those will be just the 3 of the figures I will get and I hope they make the car from the game!

I don't think Bane is a fail at all - he's a great sculpt just undersized by the look of things. Not massively undersized though and I have no problem with the crouching pose so I'll definitely be getting him. My only problem with Bane is the paint but hopefully that will change.
I think, like most figures, these will look even better in hand. I remember the DC Direct Hush Poison Ivy figure looked horrid in it's box, but once opened and posed better it looked great.
I can't wait to get all of these I bet they'll look awesome together as a set. After the new game it'll be exciting to see what new villains we'd get to add to the rest of these :D

Did any of you really expect bane to be the correct scale compared to the other figures though? Is it really DC direct's style? Taking the chance on making a massive figure that may not even sell well. All the tooling etc costs money. At least we're getting the figures and they're accurate enough.

You know what, Bane just looks like he is taking a massive dump :slap

And based on his expression, his diet is severely lacking in fiber.

I wasn't expecting Bane/Croc/etc to be in scale, just due to DCD's nature. But I guess seeing that fact actually confirmed is still tough to take.

It's definitley the paint that's making these figures look less exciting than the first wave.....

If they were to be repainted with better and more muted colours they would look a hundred times better IMO.
They're still fantastic sculpts though I love them all :D

Wow, the colors on Bane are completely off. :google

A lot of these would be improved by repaints.

Ivy's decent though.

I actually think Ivys the worst of them. Look at the way she stands in the game and her curves, theyre non existant on the figure, looks like she put on an extra 25 pounds.

Yeah Zsasz needs his scars to be darker, and he just needs to overall look a bit dirtier.

Ivy looks a bit stumpy and too lime green.

Bane just needs to be toned down, color wise. Those bright green tubes just remind me of Toy Biz or something.

Ive has none of the curves she had in the game and the paint on all of wave 2 looks fairly awful IMO.

Well I was specifically referring to the paint, but yeah they did kinda de-sexyfy her. :(

I do actualy think that the Ivy sculpt does have curves, but in that picture you can't see them properly because of the bad photoshop editing.
If you look at the first scanned images we got, you can clearly see the curviness in the hips and waist on Ivy. This latest new pic with the moon background has obviously been cut around in Photoshop so as to add in that background.
It looks to me as though the original picture of the Ivy figure was on a black background, and whoever did the cutting forgot to cut between her arm and waist where there should be a gap to highlight her curves.

Yep. I just had a quick go in Photoshop on it myself and I think this is what is was possibly supposed to look like:
