Bane and Croc have to be deluxe figures. Plain and simple. I'd rather pay a few bucks more and get them in the right size than pay the same price for them as the rest of the figures and have them tiny.

Pretty cool. I didn't even know they were making these. I may order them for my son...we played the game together and he loved it.

I think this line has real potential especially with the second game approaching.

DCD need to give us a definitive Batman line, and with three or four waves we could get a huge assortment of characters.

The Hush line is the closest we've come, but some of those are exceptionally hard to find now, and this way we'll get a Two-Face, Mr Freeze and maybe a Robin.

The Robins seem to be killed off or non-existent in the universe Arkham Asylum is set-in [assuming] it takes place after The Killing Joke, with Barbara as Oracle now.

There wasn't any mention or even a slight reference to Robin [or Nightwing] throughout the entire first game [in the main story, audio records, riddle trophies, tongue in cheek nods from The Joker or Harley Quinn- nothing] as if Batgirl was just it in terms of Batman's previous crime-fighting partners. Rocksteady set this Universe set as a single-player, one man against the world approach. With the second installment in the series said to be darker than the first game, I don't see Batman getting more help further than Oracle... or at least an assist from a partner could only lessen the darkness to the sequels story unless this goes from a 'T' [Teen] to an 'M' [Mature] rating, from my standpoint.

I'm really not a big fan of Robin at all but I'd be interested to see the designers take on him. I prefer Batman solo so I'd be happy enough if he isn't in the game.
As for the second wave of figures, i really hope it's true that they're coming out so soon after the first wave. It kinda makes sense to do that and get the characters from the first game done with quickly since the new game will be out by then.
Then we can move onto waves 4 & 5 with characters from the new game

I don't like Robin either. Batman works better alone. Keep him solo. Messing with the forumla of the first game too much could be a bad thing. So keep Batman a one man army.

Great game. Awesome looking figures. I just hope they come with some kind of assortment of accessories. I know with DCD, I can't expect much, but I'm hoping they have something.

Batman's divisive sidekick Robin could be making an appearance in the forthcoming Arkham Asylum 2, with early cast listings revealing the presence of The Boy Wonder.

well, i'd really prefer to see Nightwing. he'd make a great partner, even in only a part of the game.

I can't tell, but does the Harley figure have the thong straps riding up above her skirt? I quite, um, enjoyed that part of her costume in the game, and if the figure lacks it I'm going to feel a little cheated.

Not sure yet, but from the pic released it looks like there is no whale tail.

Hmmm not quite a confirmation, but it does sound like there's a good chance of him appearing in the game.
I'm not too bothered if he does, and I'm sure he'd have a great design, but I'd prefer that he wasn't in it.
Right now I'm more excited to see who the villains of the second game are.
Also very excited to get confirmation, info and pictures of the second wave of AA figures!
