Oh dude, spill the beans.
What score do you give it?

Was the acting good? Were the jokes good? Was the action good?

:lol :lol :lol

The movie had way more adult humor than I expected, they really went full R, and this certainly doesn't seem like a movie with a budget of 35 million dollars, the action was amazing. The movie balances humor and violence perfectly, sort of like Kickass.

Overall I give it an 8/10 which is the highest score outside of the Nolan Bat films that I give superhero movies.

I enjoyed Kickass so this'll be something to look forward to. I'm seeing it Monday or Tuesday at the premiere.

You're pretty sober when it comes to ratings, so if you gave it an 8, that's a pretty reliable score.

Are the jokes witty and good? Or is everything like the topographical map of Utah?

Why don't you just wait a week and find out for yourself.

To me, the jokes were hit and miss, but how crazy some scenarios are and seeing Deadpool break the fourth wall right after was great, but since I was at a screening the crowd was pretty live, so some of that could have rubbed off on me. I probably have to watch it one more time before I could give it a proper rating, the theater experience was a 10 though :lol

So reviews are starting to pop up and while I haven't read any, the vibe I was getting from them was "this is the movie everyone of us has been waiting for".

Reviews are pretty much the same across the board:

Very fun movie where 60% of jokes land but also very generic, predictable and constrained, weak plot (and villains) saved by Ryan's dedication.
