As much as I wanna see bearded Cap, Thanos wrecking Midgard and T'Challa protecting Wakanda as it's worthy ruler, the thought of spending two hours with Cable and Deadpool is just insane. Takes me back nearly 20 years to when I first picked up an issue of Cable and Deadpool and was instantly hooked on the pairing. Its crazy that it took this long to get Cable on film. I've loved the character 30 years and finally get to see what Cable would be like if he walked the streets of our world.

Oh how I miss the 90s and 2000s. Those were good days for comics, before Marvel went ape**** and decided to cater mostly to SJWs.

Cap was Cap, Hulk was Hulk, Thor was Thor, Ennis was writing The Punished.
Blame fox for putting all there energy into wolverine and not the other Xmen.

I think the Marvel Knights label was the last great idea Marvel had

Hrm... I'll take it with a grain of salt but if it turns out to be true I wouldn't necessarily be surprised.

The trailer makes it look great but with the nature of Deadpool and the success of the first film, somehow I can easily see them overdoing things or missing the point of what people loved about the original. Not too far fetched to think they would go overboard on Deadpoolisms.

I know these are not trustworthy
But it is news about it. I mean, first looks

As a huge Disney fan, fact #1 is that they want to maximize profit on every investment and they are expert at doing it. Considering the box office of DP they would have every interest in continuing the series. FOr Deadpool, the meta jokes about changing studios would be totally appropriate.

Fox-Men proper on the other hand are a continuity disaster, completely incompatible with the MCU, and bare the lingering stink of Pool Party Bryan and his crew of chickenhawks.

First film was an enjoyable "watch and forget" thing.
I just hope I won't regret seein' the sequel.

Gonna be Ryan Reynolds on steroids!!

Though since the trailer came out, my wife has been randomly saying 'pew pew' which is cute. :1-1:

this conversation comes up in every thread. :lol

every movie has reshoots. 8 weeks isn’t much, probably some establishing shots and brush up on action sequences.

Yeah but the news of reshoots comes out just after reports of screenings not being received well? I dunno man...
