Obviously using squibs.:rolleyes::rolleyes: I have actually noticed that Ginobili hasn't been flopping as much this year. He is just plain getting hammered most of the time.

Interesting developments on WED night. The Pistons failed to move the ball around and settled for jump shots which were cold most of the night. They shot poorly, failed to rebound and thus lost a rather mediocre game against the Celts. Houston continues to roll without Yao and its 16 straight. I wonder what this means for next year?

And the Suns. Oh brother. Again, they look bad and lose against a team they could have easily beaten two months ago. They now are two different teams - one with Oneal on the floor and the other with him off the floor. When will the talking heads admit what most of knew when this trade was just floated?

When will you give up putting it all on Shaq? He's adjusting to there style of play but the rest havnt gotten used to having a real center on the team. Add that to the defensive lapses they've been having lately. This team just needs a little more time to adjust to each other. Getting Shaq involved on offence a little more wouldnt hurt either.

I bet Houston will get win #17 tonight since Dirk is suspended. They are on fire right now but we said the same thing when Portland when 13-0 and now theyre struggeling again. You never know with this game.

I don't understand what's going on with their defense. sure they lost marion but marion didnt do EVERYTHING on defense....the paint is just too wide open and so many easy lay-ins or dunks it's unreal :monkey2:monkey2

I think stoudemire is slacking too much on the defensive end, sure he gets some blocks but ive noticed he lets people run past him a lot for the easy backdoor pass.

Self-quotes rule!

:lol Slow day at the office, eh?

I don't get it either. They werent know for there defence before the trade but to completely collapse on defence because of one player is nuts.

Maybe he's saving he's energy for the offence? Although he shouldnt, because he's young and he should have enough energy to take part in both ends of the floor.

I think he's wearing down :monkey2

The suns just need to figure out whaty kind of team they want to be and they need to do it fast. You cant be a run team for awhile and then a half court team right after that. They just dont have the right personel for both of those right now. They had better tighten it up on D also like you said Nash there way to many easy buckets there giving up. *sighs*

yeah i agree they were never known for solid D, but lately it's been ridiculous. granted the nuggets are a very under-rated team imo, they are stacked with high caliber players, they just don't get to shine as much because of how stacked the WC is.

Another thing that bugs the ++++ out of me, is Diaw. the guy is 6'8" and strong...I wish he would play like his size. Whenever he goes to the basket I keep hoping that he will just throw that rock down with authority. But the guy barely love taps it down with finesse.....argh it's so frustrating because he would be a powerhouse if he played with some strength on the inside.

He's a little guy in a big guy's body:lol He want's to be a guard insted of a forward.

They really haven't played anybody without Yao. I still don't think they will get past the second round, if that. It is the same with the Spurs right now. I think the only playoff contenders they have beaten in their streak are Cleveland, New Orleans, and Dallas. All the other games were against teams they should have beat. If the Spurs get through the next couple weeks with only 1-2 losses, I can't see how anyone can say they aren't just as good as the Lakers. After their game against Indiana tonight the Spurs play Denver, Phoenix, Denver, New Orleans, Detroit, get a break and play Philadelphia, then play Boston. If they still have the best record in the West after that stretch, I will be pretty confident going into the playoffs.

Defense wins titles, which means you can count PHO out.. Didn't Shaq mention that this was the best team ever assembled?...

And whats up w/ Houston, no matter how you slice it 16 in a row is damn impressive.. But do they worry me?.. Not at all..

and the Suns lose yet again last night to Utah 126 - 118 ....
Good thing that they have a big body in the middle for defensive purposes now :D.
